Damaged Orders
If your order arrived damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

Returns Reminder
Please remember that we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a return.

Refunds
Approved returns are eligible for a 70% refund of the original order value. Shipping costs and processing fees are non-refundable.
